A free URL shortener that checks every link
iHACKER URL Shortener turns long URLs into short links you can share on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or social media. Unlike most shorteners, it screens every destination for phishing, malware, scams and adult content, and shows visitors where a link goes before they open it.

Questions
Why do visitors see a page before they’re redirected?
Short links hide where they go, which is exactly what scammers rely on. For 7 seconds, visitors see the real destination and can report it if it looks wrong. Then they’re taken there automatically.
Can I see how many people opened my link?
Yes. Your links are listed on this page with total clicks, unique visitors and a 14-day chart. The list is saved in your browser, so it only appears on the device you used.
How long do short links last?
For ever, unless you set an expiry, delete the link, or it is disabled for abuse.
How do I check a short link without opening it?
Add + to the end, for example https://www.ihacker.in/srt/abc1234+. You’ll see the destination and can report it.
How do I report a bad link?
Use the report button on the page that appears when you open the link, or go to www.ihacker.in/srt/report and paste it. No account is needed. Reported links show a warning straight away, and links reported by several people are disabled until a moderator reviews them.
Why was my link blocked?
We block adult and gambling sites, malware and phishing (using Cloudflare and Google Safe Browsing), other URL shorteners, IP loggers, raw IP addresses and direct downloads of programs. We also follow redirects, so a link that only leads to a blocked site is blocked too. There is also a limit on how many links you can create per hour and per day.
